At Omoadware, we strive to deliver high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need a refund. Please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be issued for services that have not yet been completed or delivered.
- If you are unsatisfied with a service, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
- To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the service delivery or payment.
- Provide a detailed explanation of your concerns or reasons for requesting a refund.
Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have been completed or delivered in full are generally non-refundable.
- Custom design work or website development services may not be refunded once the project has started or delivered.
Partial Refunds
In cases where the work is partially completed, a partial refund may be offered based on the progress made on the project.
Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Modifications and Cancellations
Once a project is started, cancellations or changes may incur additional fees based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
